AI reads the statements. People approve them. Math stays exact.
Royalty statements arrive in hundreds of layouts. We use AI to do the tedious part — reading those documents and organizing each line into a consistent format — so our team can spend its time checking the results instead of retyping them.
Where we use AI
- Reading uploaded statements and extracting line items
- Suggesting which client and which song a line belongs to
- Flagging lines that look unusual or don't reconcile
Where we don't
- Calculating royalties, admin fees, recoupment, currency conversion, or balances — these are always done by fixed, auditable rules
- Approving statements — every statement is reviewed by a person before a client can see it
- Making payment decisions
Your data
We do not use client statements or catalog data to train AI models. Statement content is sent to our AI processing provider only to perform extraction for your account, under terms that prohibit its use for model training. [Confirm provider name and terms before launch.]
