1. Purpose

Royalty statements arrive in hundreds of layouts. We use AI to do the tedious part — reading those documents and organizing each line into a consistent format — so our team can spend its time checking the results instead of retyping them.

2. Permitted Uses

• Reading uploaded statements and extracting line items
• Suggesting which client and which song a line belongs to
• Flagging lines that look unusual or don't reconcile

3. Prohibited Uses

• Calculating royalties, admin fees, recoupment, currency conversion, or balances — these are always done by fixed, auditable rules
• Approving statements — every statement is reviewed by a person before a client can see it
• Making payment decisions

5. Data Handling
